Randi Kramer | Coach

Randi Kramer, a certified personal trainer based in Stamford, CT, and a proud new mom. My fitness journey began at a young age through playing soccer and softball, and over time, this passion evolved into a career dedicated to health and wellness. I hold an ISSA certification in personal training and have specialized knowledge in creating programs that incorporate Yoga, Pilates, strength training, and toning movements to meet the unique needs of my clients.

As a new mother, I’ve experienced firsthand the changes our bodies go through during pregnancy and postpartum, which has deepened my commitment to helping women navigate these transformative stages. My personal experience led me to recognize a gap in accessible, reliable information about how to safely train during pregnancy and recover postpartum. This sparked my passion for learning more about the female body and how we can optimize training to support both prenatal fitness and postpartum recovery.

In addition to my focus on pregnancy and postpartum training, I have worked with a diverse range of clients, including those with cardiac, pulmonary, and physical rehabilitation needs. This background has given me a well-rounded approach to fitness that allows me to create customized programs for women at every stage of life.

For me, health and fitness are about more than just working out. It's about creating a holistic, balanced lifestyle that includes proper nutrition, effective stretching, injury prevention, and restful sleep. My goal is to help you build a routine that not only improves your strength and energy but also reduces the risk of future health issues, empowering you to feel more confident and in control of your body. Whether you're expecting or recovering from childbirth, my training approach is tailored to help you become the best version of yourself—inside and out.
