YOUTH TRAINING

The most important aspect of our training programs are to keep your child free of injury. By ingraining proper movement patterns and the "slow cook" method we prep the athletes for long term development. Mason Strength youth programs place an emphasis on body-weight movements and relative strength. Teaching your child proper deceleration and landing mechanics to help prevent injury.

STRENGTH TRAINING

The strength phase of our programs place an emphasis on multi join movements and posterior chain development to develop power. Using proper training economy we are able to increase the results in the time spent in the facility. Our staff will provide individualized programs for each athlete using proper programming and periodization. Over the course of the year will will train our athletes through many different phases.

PERFORMANCE TRAINING

Developing a neuromuscular connection for the athlete we are able to increase, speed, agility, explosiveness and rate of force development. Therefore, our athletes will be able to express force and absorb force rapidly. We use proper conditioning methods to develop the correct energy system. Individualized to each specific sport and demands of the game.
